Exercise of Warrants and TVR
TLDH announces that it has issued 6,300,000 new ordinary shares pursuant to an exercise of 6,300,000 warrants at an exercise price of 4p each.
The new shares will rank, pari passu, with the existing ordinary shares. Application will be made for these new ordinary shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and admission is expected to take place on or around 16 July 2012.
Following the exercise of warrants, the Company’s issued share capital consists of 516,708,246 ordinary shares, with voting rights. This figure may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the Financial Service Authority’s Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
