Placing Update and Total Voting Rights

Top Level Domain Holdings Ltd (“TLDH” or the “Company”) is pleased to confirm that, further to the Placing announcement on 30 November 2010, the Company has placed 73,996,902 new ordinary shares at a placing price of 6.5p per share raising £4,809,798.63 before expenses. The 73,996,902 new ordinary shares have today been admitted to trading on AIM.
Following the Placing, the Company’s issued share capital consists of 358,336,177 ordinary shares, with voting rights. The Company does not hold any ordinary shares in Treasury.
Therefore the total number of ordinary shares in the Company with voting rights is 358,336,177.
The above figure of 358,336,177 ordinary shares may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the Financial Service Authority’s Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
