The Company announces that it was informed yesterday that Mr Guy Elliott, the Company’s Non-Executive Deputy Chairman, on 28 May 2009 purchased 4,500,000 shares at a price of USD 0.033 (equivalent to 2.10p) per ordinary share.
As a result Mr Elliott now owns 17,000,000 ordinary shares in Hecta Media representing 10.45 per cent. of the Company’s issued share capital. (more…)
